How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order amount:

Orders under $119: Shipping fee is $12.98

Orders $119 or more: Free shipping!

If your country/region is not listed below, free shipping is not available there.

We recommend that you take advantage of free shipping on orders of $119 or more.

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience and save money as much as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on whether your order contains regular or pre-sale items.

Regular Items:

    Estimated Total Shipping Time: 9-13 business days from the date of purchase

    Pre-sale Items:

    Processing Time: 7-15 business days (varies depending on product type and order volume)

    Shipping Time: 7-9 business days

    Estimated Total Shipping Time: 14-24 business days (may vary depending on stock availability)

    Note: Delays may occur in some areas due to local policies, laws, or carrier restrictions. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order ships.

How will my order be shipped?

Your Rosecloth order will be shipped through our logistics partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS). They will choose the best shipping method to deliver your order efficiently.

I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?

We will do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible.

If your order only contains regular in-stock items, they will usually ship together immediately.

If your order contains both full-price and pre-sale items, shipping will follow the pre-sale item shipping schedule.

If you would like in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us at rosecloth1@outlook.com to arrange this. You can also request a refund at any time while waiting for pre-sale items to arrive. You will receive a shipping notification email once any item in your order has shipped.
